Let’s talk about your project

About me / in brief

Common questions.
Straight answers.

Instead of a long biography, here are the essentials: what I do, how I work and what you receive at the end.

01

What do I do?

I edit ads, reels, corporate films, YouTube content and music videos. I turn raw recordings into a clear story that is ready to publish.

02

What do I specialise in?

Shot selection, narrative structure, pacing, sound, captions and versions tailored to each publishing channel — from Reels and TikTok to YouTube and Meta Ads campaigns.

03

What is my background?

I hold a master’s degree in psychology with a specialisation in marketing and advertising. I use that knowledge to shape audience attention, information order and decision-making through editing.

04

How do I approach a project?

I do not force every piece into the same template. I adapt the form, length and rhythm to the film’s purpose, audience and publishing channel.

05

What do you receive?

A polished film with finished sound and captions, plus formats prepared for publication. Not just “cut-up footage”, but a complete piece.

06

The speaker gave the wrong event date. Do we need to record the line again?

Not always. With the speaker’s permission and a sufficiently clean voice sample, I can use ElevenLabs to generate the corrected words and match the rhythm and tone of the original delivery. I assess each case individually so the edit sounds natural.

07

The camera operator missed an important event stand, but we have photos. What can we do?

I can turn the photos into short moving shots with generative models such as MiniMax or Seedance. Simulated camera movement, close-ups and transitions can fill the gap in the event coverage, provided the photos are clear and show the necessary details.

08

What is the best way to deliver the files?

The easiest option is a Google Drive folder or a transfer through WeTransfer, MyAirBridge or SwissTransfer. Please keep the original file quality and, if possible, organise separate folders for cameras, audio, photos, logos and additional assets.

09

Can weak audio or video be rescued?

Often, yes. I can reduce noise, balance volume, stabilise footage and improve sharpness or resolution. I check a sample first, because the final result always depends on how much usable information remains in the source material.

Generated visuals.
Deliberate editing.

Selected films and the tools I use to create shots, voice-overs and music, and to handle post-production.

MY TOOLS

Models and tools.
Each has a purpose.

These are the tools I use for visuals, sound and production planning. Below, I explain where each fits into my process.

Viewer attention

Retention is built in, not added at the end.

Understanding the psychology of retention helps sustain interest from the first frame to the call to action.

The psychology of the hook

The first 3 seconds

This is where the video competes for attention. It needs to quickly promise a solution or spark visual curiosity.
Rhythm

Pattern interrupt

Sudden close-ups, music changes and dynamic captions help keep viewers from switching to autopilot.
The ending

Loop and call to action

A well-designed loop increases watch time, while a clear call to action turns attention into a response.

What makes reels spread

The mechanics behind reach.

Fast pacing

We cut unnecessary pauses. Every word and shot needs to contribute to the whole.

Readable captions

Dynamic captions are essential on social media, where videos are often watched without sound.

An emotional arc

We build tension that pays off in the final moments.

Sound design

Sound effects emphasise the action and make the edit feel more tangible and engaging.

Platform

A TikTok video needs a different approach from one for Instagram, YouTube Shorts or a company website.

Goal

Good editing serves a purpose: to stop the scroll, explain, sell, build an image or start a conversation.
